Setting Appointments, Deposits, Reschedules & Cancellations
When you book time with me for a resume strategy session, LinkedIn strategy session, LinkedIn optimization strategy session, or subsequent appointments for edits or mock job interviews, I commit to having enough time available for you. Each booked appointment impacts how many clients I can take on that week.
My time is valuable and so is yours. I promise to honor our appointments and time. I hope you will do the same.
Therefore, due to a busy client schedule and high demand, I require a $100 deposit to reserve an appointment once you are ready to move forward with resume development. The deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule your appointment, cancel your appointment or fail to call in at your appointed time, it becomes a cancellation fee. If you keep the appointment, the deposit is credited to your final invoice which will be emailed to you for payment 24 hours before our appointment.
Cancellations and phone call no shows will be reprioritized and rescheduled according to my existing client schedule which could be a week or week and a half out. You will be required to initiate rescheduling your appointment. You will also be required to pay another $100 deposit to secure your new appointment.
NO REFUNDS will be given once resume strategy session has been completed.
I am not happy until you are happy.
Due to a busy schedule and multiple clients, revisions and changes must be communicated within two weeks of delivery.
Each resume/LinkedIn profile receives unlimited revisions and edits within two weeks after delivery until you are satisfied with the result.
Any request for revisions made two weeks or more after resume and other applicable documents have been delivered will be billed at $125/hour.
